Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free and have never tested on animals. While many of our products have always been vegan, we are proud to announce that our entire product range is now 100% certified by The Vegan Society.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, some items may be excluded.
